1. Chi energy – requires a balance between nutrition, oxygen, and balance mind. If the nutrition is good, but the mood is not good. Or the nutrition is good, mood is good, but your body does not enough oxygen the metabolism will not be balance. It is important for you to be able to take deep relax breath.
2. Adjust your brain wave by listening to music. The brain waves for people who are stress will be (Beta Wave) with the frequency of 8-13 cycle per second. If you listen to relaxing music your brain wave will become (Alpha wave) with the frequency of 8-12 cycle per second it’s the frequency that you can keep yourself under balance. The next cycle is Thetra wave with the frequency of 4-7 cycles per second; it is the frequency when you are in the meditative state. The Thetra wave is a high energy frequency and is consistence creating continuous peaceful state. Last is Delta wave with the frequency of 2-4 cycles per second, it’s the energy of the sub-conscious mind.
3. The subconscious mind is the connection between conscious mind, subconscious mind, and unconscious mind. Updating the knowledge to become highly intellectual.
4. Energy of Pineal Gland and Pituitary Gland- relaxed body , relaxed mind promote the release of endorphins and melatonin’s balancing hormones levels, creating white blood cells that attack bacteria’s and viruses and creating B12 .
5. Energy of moods or emotions – being happy and balance create positive energy. Conscious mind does not get angry, does not complain, does not judge others, does not curse others, your heart would be clear like a mirror filled with faith.
Your heart will energize green color fill with energy and freshness as if you were in a beautiful forest. Consciousness of wrong action, the energy or aura that surrounds you will be in white or yellow color. When you are filled with wisdom the aura surrounding you will be a bright red color.
